The school has classes from Nursery to Class XII (2018-19).

The School prepares the students for All India Secondary School Examination (X) and All India Senior Secondary School Examination (XII) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi.

Auxilium Girls' School is an English Medium School. Every effort is made to teach the students to handle English effectively as a written and spoken language. To acquire greater facility in the study of English, teachers and students should speak only in English in the School premises.

The other languages taught are Hindi, Bengali and Sanskrit.

The classes of Christian Doctrine are an essential feature of the training of Christian Students and for others lessons in Value Education are held regularly and these classes are compulsory.
